On the evening of November 10, 2016 in Sofia Ivent Center, the DIBLA platform offered its users and supporters a cocktail of prizes and experiences. Mr. Ivo Dimitrov from the team of Dibla presented the platform to the guests of the event. Dibla is a professional platform for interior and product design. To date, it has nearly 500 designers, architects and studios, and more than 600 projects are published annually in the platform. This gives the opportunity to compare and track the level of most implemented projects in the country as well as the level at which professionals offer the service, and the user can get to know and compare the employees in the industry and choose a designer according to their criteria. The official ceremony began with the announcement of the results in DIBLA's Annual Competition for Interior and Product Design "Proportion" | Dibla Design Awards 2016. Among the more than 210 participants with more than 92 projects, the jury, comprised of Bulgarian and world-wide authorities in the industry, presented the winners in three categories. The prize for the category: "Outdoor Relaxation Zone | Exported SPA for home use "was awarded by a representative of DIBLA and a popular designer - Simona Stoyanova, EDO design studio for the project" RECreation ". For its project" PRODUCTOR "Studio VOOOD received a prize in the category" Special area for open space calls Office ", presented by Kaloyan Todorov, co-owner and CEO of the SEG Group and Sofia Event Center.
In the category "Hotel room 4 stars" the jury, in the face of Arch. Plamen Bratkov - one of the biggest authorities in his field and chief architect of AEDES studio - awarded Velizar Dimitrov and Stoimen Mutovski for their project "SIMPLICITY". The Proportion Competition became another proof of the talents of the designers in the country. It perfectly demonstrates what results can be achieved within 2 months with a clearly defined job assignment and performance criteria. Each of the admitted projects can be done and costly. However, this evening, the prizes were just beginning. The DIBLA organizers thought it would be appropriate to add another prize to the event. Amongst the intense competition, Fimera Design Studio received one of the most valuable accolades - the best-maintained, developed and visited professional profile in the platform. This rating is based on the interest and feedback of the community and site visitors, hence its high weight. The prize was awarded by Ivo Dimitrov from dibla.com. The evening was the first national award of Designer of the Year. Nominated were Cache Atelier, Alex Kovachev, Krassimir Boshev and Mario Dimitrov. In the end, among them the jury highlighted Alex Kovachev. The statue and his greetings were presented by Juliano Bettelli, owner and manager of the architectural studio "Bettelli and Associated" in Italy Gencho Goev, owner of Dibla, talks about the future plans of the platform and emphasizes the need to organize such an event. The Dibla Design Awards provides the so-called corner of the design guild to demonstrate the level of service offered in Bulgaria on equal terms.
